  19. man.. and i think 50ms is slow.. ive been using s11=38 since 84.. but
  20. i heard some cheap rockwell modems [such as maybe supra?] you cant
  21. exceed 50ms even if you tried.. i can get my courier down to s11=1
  22. if i wanted too.. but the phone company sure will not reconize it
